Look at the various units that have moved out. You can also deduce from the maintenance manager's notes on the post-it. What does "first and foremost" mean?

Listen to the words that speak true twice. Key in the capitalised initials of those words into the chat.

Which is the unit that she was living in? Add all her electricity and water usage from January and February to access the password-protected file.
Accessing Min(d)gle Chat
Access the tenants' chats by entering their name with no spacing. E.g. Jay Tan will be "JayTan".

Puzzle 1
You will need to listen to the recordings carefully. There are some words that have been repeated twice. Insert those words' first alphabets in capital to receive the next puzzle.
Puzzle 2
Look at what are the important receipts. Some of these are not circled by the tenant. What color pen does he use?
The start date of the loan is important.

Using a calculator, interest = final amount - initial amount.

The words are related to her current state of mind.
The second part of the maze cipher
The sentence you get from the second part of the maze will correspond to the cipher. Figure out the cipher and use the same formula to understand how to solve the crossword.
Unit 2A Password
Find the words in the poem that spells her name. Correspond the words to the crossword to get the one word password.
Unit 2A: Unlocking family tree
Look through the diary and find who are the important members of her life. There should be 6 people.
Unit 2A: Unlocking puzzles
Typing the password again will trigger a wipe out of the system. However, tell her to not be in this condition instead.

The answers to the quiz are in the replies that she gives you.

Isadora Cipher
Look at the alphabet and the numbers that corresponds. Next, go back to Unit 2A and see which word corresponds with the numbers for Isadora.
Doors to Alex
The hint that Alex gave is related to his birthday. Find the dates from Mother's diary from chapter 2.
You will get a word in-between each date, leading you to the door.

The password to his chat is related to Isadora's cipher. The word that corresponds can be found in Unit 2A.
Min(d)gle Chat: Alex
Ask Alex about his father. Afterwards, you can ask him about signing the papers.
Signature
It is slightly different from the one you will find. Try multiple times to get a clue from Alex.
Accessing Thomas's Computer
The password is related to the word that is formed during the "Doors to Alex" puzzle. This is the scientific word for the condition that Thomas has.

If you do not key in the answer you have gotten from the generator here, you will have to re-access the computer every 10 seconds.
Secret file
Look for a pixel that is slightly out of place. Double click it to reveal the answers Alex needs.
Finale
You can try this finale three times. In the last module, you will find yourself in a game.
Wire cutter
The trick is to solve it out of the game and revisit the game again after.
Rescue Tenants
Be careful of Alex. Also, you can win 'awards' if you play it well.
Fast/ Slow Route
The fast route allows you to skip one section of the game. However, it gets increasingly difficult. The slow route challenges your memory and patience.
Swing
This part is fairly simple but beware of the obstacles.
